Arizona is Number One State for Entrepreneurs

Thank you, Governor Jan Brewer!

According to the Kauffman Index of Entrepreneurial Activity, Arizona is the number one state for business start-ups.

From the CNN article:
"Arizona has benefited from a steady stream of entrepreneurs migrating from less business-friendly states like California. The lure? Business and property taxes are low, as are workers' compensation costs, according to the Arizona Commerce Authority.  What's more, the labor pool is highly educated, as schools such as Arizona State University and the University of Arizona churn out a steady stream of science and technology grads. The state encourages firms to upgrade employees' skills, giving grants to those that offer in-house job training."

That's what happens when a conservative runs the state.  Due to Jan's governance, AZ's budget deficit has been turned into a surplus, all of our fire departments, police, and teachers are fully funded, business is booming, the economy is growing, and more businesses are coming here, which means more jobs for LEGAL Americans.

So California and New York: go ahead, keep giving illegals free health care and free education and free food and free housing, and then sock the taxpayers to pay for it. Keep slapping new regulations on the businesses as well as punitive energy restrictions.  Go ahead...pay $98 Billion for a high-speed train that nobody wants, and then slap the taxpayers even harder to pay for it.  Go ahead.  And then let us know how it works out.

AZ has figured out how it's done properly. And that's why the state ranks number one.
