A head-on train crash in Switzerland has injured 40 people:

This comes just days after 79 people are killed on a high-speed train derailment in Spain.  And that's just a few weeks after an oil train crash in Canada killed several people and burned a small town to the ground.

I'm SO glad the all-wise, all-seeing, all-knowing Barack Hussein Obama has decreed that trains shall be the technology of the future. Based on all the news reports lately, they're as safe as a vacation at the embassy in Benghazi!

Libyan Rioters Attack US Embassy

I was reading about the attacks on the US Embassies in the Middle East.  While I was reading, one particular photo caught my attention.  Here it is.  This is a photo of the US embassy in Libya under attack by rioters. 

As I looked at the photo, I thought "Boy, that photo sure looks familiar.  I think I've seen it before.  Or one like it anyway.  Where could I have seen it?"


 
 

So I searched my photo archives and found one that was almost exactly like it: a photo from Occupy Oakland!  Unwashed angry rioters smashing windows and destroying property!  Of course!




Isn't it impressive the reach and influence Obama has?  Both his domestic and foreign policies have people rioting, smashing windows, destroying property, and setting fires! What an influential leader!  He brings out the best...I mean...he unites groups and....no, that's not it.....well....he certainly is consistent in the outcomes he achieves.  Death, destruction, and violence.

Obama needs to removed from office as quickly as possible.  There's no time to wait for an election.  Considering he sent the troops into Libya to "liberate" it, and now four Americans have died, Obama should be arrested as an accessory to murder, tried, convicted, and thrown in prison for the rest of his life.  At least there, the only violence that will occur is when his big mouth gets him in trouble with "Bubba" and all the other hardcore inmates.

Obama's Cinco de Quatro Anniversary

Since Obama is big on celebrating anniversaries right now, let's remember an event that showed all thinking Americans how stupid he is.  

Three years ago, at the annual Cinco de Mayo reception at the White House, Obama demonstrated his stupidity by welcoming Hispanics to "Cinco de Quatro".

This year he got it right.  So it's obvious that, with enough coaching, it only takes three years for Obama to learn something simple.

Another Green Company Goes Under

First Solar, a solar panel company based in Tempe Arizona, is laying off 2,000 employees, which is 30 percent of its global workforce.  Why is First Solar laying off people? "...to address the oversupply of solar panels on the market"

Oh really?  You mean....there's not enough demand, so this may not have been a good business venture?

Here's another interesting tidbit: The company is nearly finished building a factory in Mesa that will be put on hold indefinitely once it's completed. Officials have said they will move some employees into the building once it is done next month but have no plans to start the manufacturing lines.

First Solar is another Obama -funded "green" company.  So YOU the taxpayer have funded a company that is addressing a market that has no demand by building a manufacturing plant that will sit idle....on your tax dollars.


Never Showed Profitability:
The solar industry has been troubled by an oversupply of solar panels as the price to make them has dropped in the past year, and as the biggest market for them, Germany, has cut its subsidies.  So it's subsidies that created a "market" for solar panels.

First Solar has never been profitable.  Referring to an article in Forbes, they showed growth in the beginning, but..."First Solar’s success rests on government subsidies and tax breaks, foreign and domestic." 

 

This is what happens when you let a leftist community organizer who has NO business experience into the White House.  He throws billions of dollars at companies and industries that will never be profitable.  And YOU are paying the tab.

 

Obama is causing the layoffs:

Obama has shut down the oil industry; 

• He's cut off all drilling in the Gulf and Alaska.
• He rejected the Keystone Pipeline.
• He gave seven oil-rich Alaskan islands to Russian. 

 All of this has caused gas prices to skyrocket.  And his only answer is to continue to shovel billions of dollars to industries that are failing...costing us trillions of dollars that could be used elsewhere for greater effect for all Americans.

The only solution is to throw the idiot out of office in November before he ruins the country completely.

Obama's Too Stupid to Fix the Gas Prices

I heard two items on the radio today:
1. Newt Gingrich stating that he could get gas prices back down to $2.00 a gallon.
2. Obama claiming that gas prices could NOT go back down.

Newt is right and Obama is wrong.  Why?  Very simple: Barack Obama is too stupid to understand how gas prices work.

Why is Obama so stupid?  Simple....he has no idea how business works.  He's never been an executive, and he's never managed any kind of business where he was responsible for the profitability of the company.

Good business executives know how to lower the price of their product through price optimization of the raw materials and improving efficiency of the manufacturing process.  If they can keep their own costs low, they can keep the retail price low, which means the bargain-hunting customers will buy from them, not the competitor.

Obama doesn't know this.  He's been either a law student (we assume...we haven't seen his records), a community organizer, or in government.  Government people aren't taught how business works.  They're not responsible for profits, just for spending.

OBAMA DOESN'T HAVE A CLUE ABOUT WHAT HE'S TALKING ABOUT.  He doesn't know what's causing the high gas prices because it's all foreign to him. All he can do is spew his dogma that he learned at the feet of Bill Ayers the revolutionary.  When he's confused, he resorts to spewing platitudes.

And you can't say that "he has advisers" either.  Because, since Obama has no idea how business works, how's he going to understand what his advisers are telling him?  Or know if it's true or not?  He can't.

Obama is an idiot.  He's the guy who thinks that the USA has 57 states, and that the people of Austria speak Austrian.  It's no wonder he thinks gas prices can't be fixed by drilling for more oil.  He's too stupid to know otherwise.

That boob has got to be thrown out of office before he does any more damage.  And considering his level of intelligence, he could be replaced by a ham sandwich and you'd get the same IQ level.

Obama's Gas Shortage, Part 3

The Obama regime's drive to kill jobs and put America at the mercy of oil-rich countries continues:

Obama’s State Department is giving away seven strategic, resource-laden Alaskan islands to the Russians.  The seven endangered islands in the Arctic Ocean and Bering Sea include one the size of Rhode Island and Delaware combined. The Russians are also to get the tens of thousands of square miles of oil-rich seabeds surrounding the islands. The Department of Interior estimates billions of barrels of oil are at stake.

Obama has killed drilling in the Gulf of Mexico, shut down the Keystone Pipeline from Canada, and is now giving away seven oil-rich Alaskan islands to Russia.  So in addition to preventing Americans from drilling for their own oil, he's giving the oil to other countries...which will make them stronger.

If Obama opened up those oil-rich areas our gas prices would plummet and millions of Americans would have jobs.  But he can't have that.  Prosperous Americans are damn hard to govern.  Only by keeping Americans poor and struggling can he maintain control over his subjects.

This is why I say there's a traitor in the White House.  Obama needs to be thrown out of office in 2012 and never be given any decision-making authority ever again.

It's Getting Harder to Hide the Stupidity

Today in Westminster Abbey, Barack Hussein Obama showed just how stupid he really is.  He signed the Westminster guest book with the date "2008".

Obama has lost it completely.  That was three years ago.  He doesn't remember that this is 2011.

Stupidity runs rampant in the Democrat party.  The only people worse than Obama are the democrats who support him.  Only liberals can think that Sarah Palin is stupid because she wrote three words on her hand to give a 30-minute speech, but Barack Hussein is a genius despite the fact that he forgets the year....something a 7-year-old can easily remember.


But then...Obama always DID have a problem with numbers.  He said:

• Unemployment wouldn't rise above 8%, now it's 10%.
• He would cut the deficit in half, and now it's more than twice the size it was.
• There are 57 states, when there are actually only 50

This guy is dangerously stupid.  So where are the Republicans to point this out?  Oh yeah....they're busily writing letters to make it look like they're doing something.
